Representation of our Products
At Glamtastic we have made every effort to display the products as accurately as possible; however, customers need to be aware that the pictures we use are a representation of the product and there may be some small differences to the actual product that you receive, for example as the colours you will see will depend upon your monitor we cannot guarantee the colour will be totally accurate. On items like the cotton sleepsuits, bodysuits, hats, mitts and bootees, the print may vary slightly from the picture shown. Customers should be aware that the sizes on the clothing are an approximate guideline. As all babies are individuals, their size may vary according to their age, and therefore we cannot guarantee all garments will fit perfectly. We recommend when buying a gift for a new born baby you choose 0-3 months or if in doubt of a babies size - buy one size bigger than you think - a baby will always 'grow into it'! . If you have any concerns on our sizing, we will (when possible) check the length of a garment to see if this will fit your baby's body length. All of our products are made by experienced designers and suppliers of baby clothes and accessories and so have been fully tested as to be suitable for babies.Customers who are not satisfied with any product can of course return the item; though please refer to our returns policy first.
Complaints
We aim to provide you with a speedy and efficient service which will keep you coming back time and again. However, if you feel you have not received a good service we are happy to hear your comments so we can improve our service. All correspondences will be kept confidential. Either contact us by email complaints@glamtasticbaby.co.uk or by telephone during office opening hours. We aim to reply to your complaint as soon as we can and always within 5 working days.
Customer Data
Any data collected by us during the course of business with you is purely for our internal use and is not forwarded or sold to any third party under ANY circumstances.
Disclaimer of Liability
Our terms and conditions are subject to UK law and the products we supply are subject to British Standards. Products and services featured on the site do not automatically carry a guarantee from Glamtastic Baby of their quality or value.
Distance Selling Act
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. You must bear the cost of return postage and a refund will be given as soon as goods are received in good condition. Please see our Returns section before returning your item.
Returns
At Glamtastic Baby we of course want all our customers to be totally satisfied with their goods. Should for whatever reason you are not satisfied, we can offer a refund for the product or offer an exchange for an alternative item. Any return must be authorized by us within 7 days of delivery, and we ask that you advise us by email that you wish to make a return so that we can advise you how to do so. This means you have 7 working days after receipt of your goods to return the item to us as unsuitable or to notify us of your intention to return the goods (we will allow a further 7 days to send goods back thereafter). We also kindly ask that returned items are returned in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging as we cannot refund or exchange goods which have been used. Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of returned goods. We are unable to refund carriage costs. We will have to re-charge shipping costs to re-send out exchanged goods.
Delivery & Stock
Our system is updated regularly and we endeavour to make sure our stock status is accurate. However, in some circumstances, an item listed as 'in stock' may on occasion be out of stock if sales have been high. In those situations we would expect to re-stock and deliver the goods as soon as we can - though due to our stock coming from all over the world we cannot always guarantee how quickly that will be. If the delivery date is expected to be longer than 1 week, we will contact you and give you an estimated delivery date, or give you the option to cancel your order. All delivery dates quoted are working days and we rely on the service of Royal Mail for our deliveries - and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail. Please note, payment is taken at time of order and before dispatch. If customers wish to cancel the order a full refund will be given accordingly.

ORDERING GOODS
When you submit an order to us on our website you will receive an email confirming your order is being processed and you should check this email for accuracy and inform us of any error as soon as possible. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order by us. Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we despatch the goods to you. Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery.
Any promotional offers, price reductions, sale offers or any other special requirements will be automatically applied to your order and shown in your confirmation email.
Should you wish to cancel your order you should email us and quote the order refs number shown in your confirmation email. Any goods for return should be sent back to us in an unused condition and with their original packing. Postal cost for returning goods is at the customers expense unless the product is faulty. Please see our Contact Us section for address details.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER AND PAYMENT
Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product descriptions or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have placed an order with us, we will contact you prior to sending your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. For postage costs please consult our post and packing page.
DELIVERY
Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands, some remote areas of Great Britain and BFPO addresses may not be covered by our delivery charges and it may prove difficult to arrange delivery to such addresses. We will however endeavour to arrange delivery and you will be informed of these arrangements and any additional costs in your confirmation email.
Although we undertake to dispatch goods as soon as possible after receipt of your order we cannot guarantee a delivery date or time. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
All items are subject to stock availability.
Under these terms and conditions please note that should you wish to return goods you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to do so.
Should an item be found to be faulty please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.

MISSING OR LOST ITEMS
Remember, the item is not classified as 'lost' until it has been missing for a total of15 working days. For a Special Delivery item, the period is 10 days, for an international item, it is 30 days. After these periods you can submit a claim to us at Glamtastic Baby.
