All packages are posted via Royal Mail Recorded Service or Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery Service within the UK and Standard Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed for service for Overseas.
We will try to ship the same working day as payment is received and estimate that delivery times are 2-5 working days for Royal Mail Recorded, and Next working day for Royal Mail Special Delivery (Orders must be received by 12 noon). These items will have tracking numbers and will require a signature on delivery. If you are not in to sign for the delivery you will be left a card with instructions to arrange re-delivery or collection from your local sorting office or post office.
Estimated delivery to Europe is 5-7 working days and the rest of the world, 10-14 working days.

UK shipping starts at only £3.95 (per parcel not per item) , Europe and the rest of the world from £8.95 for most items
Missing or Lost Items
Remember, the item is not classified as lost until it has been missing for 15 working days. For a Special Delivery item, the period is 10 days, for an International item, it is 30 days. After these periods you can submit a claim to us.
The rules above are the rules set out by royal mail, but in the mean time will of course go out of our way to help trace your package/s where possible.
Returns & Refunds
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives, You can choose to have a refund or exchange. plus we will refund your postage and packaging. We advise returning the item using Recorded Delivery - as we cannot take responsibility for returned items that go missing before reaching us.
Returned products that are not faulty must be returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging. Any return must be authorised by us within 7 days of delivery, and we ask that you advise us by email that you wish to make a return so that we can issue you with a returns no. This means you have 7 working days after receipt of your goods to return the item to us as unsuitable or to notify us of your intention to return the goods (we will allow a further 7 days to send goods back thereafter). We also kindly ask that returned items are returned in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging as we cannot refund or exchange goods which have been used. Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of returned goods. The return postage must be paid by you and is not refundable by ourselves. Only when the product has been received by us and deemed to be in unused condition will a refund or an exchange take place. We suggest you make your return using Recorded Delivery as Items that go missing on return are your responsibility. We will have to re-charge shipping costs to re-send out exchanged goods.
